Our Repair Process
Step 1 — Doorstep Technician Visit
We send a professional technician to your doorstep to inspect and diagnose your device.
Step 2 — Free Diagnosis
Diagnosis is completely FREE. We do not charge any checking or inspection fee.
Step 3 — Safe Pickup
If the device cannot be repaired at your location, we arrange a safe pickup to our repair center. You will receive an official Company Pickup Challan/Receipt as proof of the device being collected.
Step 4 — Repair After Your Approval
Once the device reaches our repair center, our technicians carry out a detailed inspection. We first share the estimated repair cost with you. Repair work is started only after receiving your approval.
Step 5 — Delivery Back to You
After the repair is completed, we deliver the device back to you safely. There is no additional pickup or drop-off charge.
Step 6 — Bill & Warranty
After delivery, you receive a proper repair bill/invoice mentioning the applicable warranty for the repair or replaced part
